To have the best experience with the V9 Embroidery Software, BERNINA recommends getting the Pro Version of Parallels Desktop 19. The Pro version offers 128GB vRAM which complies with the V9 recommended software requirements of 16GB RAM. The standard version only offers 8GB vRAM which only meets the minimum requirements of the V9.


After you have setup the parallels environment with Windows 11 ARM Edition you are able to install BERNINA V9 software afterwards. 

Known issues:
- The thumbnails are not working properly at the moment (due to a Microsoft issue).
- CorelDRAW SE Installation fails on MAC with M-Series Chip
- WiFi-Device never shows "Ready" in the Connector App + status bar never turns green
