1. Try deleting the files on the WiFi device and retest. If that works try increasing the space on the WiFi Device.

  2. If the issue persists, try resetting the WiFi Device.

  3. If the above does not solve the issue, the solution will be to uninstall the currently installed version of V9 and reinstall it from the links below:
    V9 DesingerPlus
    V9 Creator
Note: Please ensure the ‘defaults.dfl’ file is deleted in the defaults folder:
C:\ProgramData\BERNINA\BERNINA Embroidery\<DesignerPlus 9>\DEFAULTS
Depending on your system configuration, the ‘ProgramData’ folder may be hidden. You will need to enable hidden files first via Windows® File Explorer. Moreover the folder "DesignerPlus 9" in the path may be named Creator 9 or Dealer 9 depending on your product version.
Deleting the default.dfl file will revert the UI to the ‘as installed’ layout and reset the ‘keep me signed in’ checkbox. This requires you to sign in again on the next start.
