1. The V9 Home screen displays recently used embroidery designs. If these designs have been deleted or moved, the software will take longer to recognize this and start.
2. V9 can run without internet connection for a maximum of 30 days as long as "Keep me signed in" has been selected during login. See V9_Keep_me_signed_in.pdf
   To ensure the maximum of 30 days, if there is an internet connection, V9 will renew the license information. Depending on network speed or status of the license server, this can sometimes take longer or not work.
