Possible solutions:

1. Start the BERNINA WiFi Connector on one PC in the same network as the WiFi Device
   See the document 'How to check same network.pdf'
   

Note: the BERNINA WiFi Connector must be running whenever designs are sent from V9. It can be minimized but not closed.
