Possible solutions:
  1. Make sure you are using the correct password for your Router or Access Point.
    See also the 'How To find WiFi password EN.pdf' attached.
    With the WiFi Device plugged to your computer and WiFi LED blinking, enter the password again under 'Configure selected - WiFi Settings'. Use the 'Show password' toggle to make sure it is entered correctly.
     
  2. Do a factory reset of your WiFi Device.
    Keep the reset button pressed until the state indicator turns white.

  3. Make sure your Router and/or Access Point allow communication between devices.
